Expired Listing Survey

If your property's listing recently expired, you have probably had some time to consider why your property failed to sell, and consequently was removed as an active property from the Multiple Listing Service.  No matter what excuse was given by your previous real estate agent, there are two main reasons your property did not sell:

PRICE and EXPOSURE

Price can be determined quite easily by using objective material such as recent comparable sales, current market conditions, and current market trends, but proper exposure combined with competitive pricing is the key to getting your property sold in a timely manner.

Please take a moment to complete the following questionnaire.  It should help to determine what benefits and services are most important to you, should you decide to re-list your property with a real estate agent.  Your answers will also help me to understand what you expect should you choose me to assist you in marketing your property.  You are under no obligation to utilize my services if you do not wish to do so.
