the price range that will be best for you, including monthly payments that
you can actually live with
- I will show you a copy of the
purchase agreement form that we use, so you’ll have an opportunity to review
it and ask questions prior to making a purchase decision
- I will carefully pick out properties
that are currently on the market that meet the requirements you specify, and
will not waste your time with properties I know you wouldn't be interested
in
- I will provide you will all relevant
information on any property that is currently listed, including those houses
listed by other real estate companies
- I will show you homes that meet your
requirements and give you all the information that you need in order to make
an informed decision
- I will give you an estimate of the
total amount of cash you will need in order to buy the home of your choice,
including down payment, closing costs, and a breakdown of your projected
payments
- I will assist you in the preparation
and presentation of a purchase agreement
- We will discuss various financing
alternatives and I will answer all of your questions about financing to the
best of my ability
- I will help you with all of the details,
from when you first apply for the mortgage until you are handed the keys to
your new home – and I will keep you informed every step of the way
- I will provide information on other
services that you may need, such as homeowner’s insurance, title insurance,
escrow or settlement charges, etc.
